Fretty Legal
This policy explains how we handle data on fretty.app and play.fretty.app.
Last updated: February 18, 2025
Questions you ask the AI tutor and the resulting responses may be logged to operate the feature, improve answer quality, and prevent misuse. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in prompts.
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use Fretty. Some cookies are issued by our service providers (such as Supabase for authentication). You can disable cookies in your browser, but core features may not work as intended.
We share data with vendors that help us run Fretty (for example: hosting, authentication, analytics, and customer support tools). These providers only access data to perform services for us and must protect it under contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Data is stored with cloud providers we contract (including Supabase). We keep data only as long as needed to operate Fretty, comply with legal requirements, or resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
Fretty is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
